Team-Building Workshop
Increasing Team Effectiveness & Capability
Why It's Needed
High-performance teams are developed, not born. Most teams fail to achieve optimum results despite the technology and resources available to them because people issues get in the way. Leadership Associates can help your teams increase their effectiveness by identifying and resolving the functional, structural, and interpersonal barriers that impede outstanding collective performance. Our customized approach uses both consultative interventions and experiential workshops to help teams achieve a level of openness and trust that extinguishes unproductive behaviors.
Team-Building Workshops
Our team-building workshops provide teams with the key skills they need to achieve desired organizational goals while maintaining effective interpersonal working relationships.
The following workshop elements are customized to the needs of each specific team and can be delivered in any combination, as appropriate. Some teams may require only one or two elements, while others may require most or all of them. Only by carefully assessing the specific needs of each team can an appropriate strategy of team development be determined.

Getting Started
How do we get started? We normally begin with a no-cost and no obligation get-acquainted meeting.
We typically begin our work with clients by meeting with your team leaders to preliminarily assess the current state of their teams, identify their key objectives, and the issues/concerns that are currently evident. We then work with your team leaders to plan and execute a targeted strategy for increasing the capability of their teams. We'll want to hear about your goals, needs, and organizational issues and you will want to get comfortable with us.
