Joe Lipsey is a seasoned consultant, with more than twenty-five years of hands-on experience in the human resources, organization development, and training fields. He possesses in-depth experience with organization-wide change strategy, planning, and implementation.

He is a seasoned human resources and training/organization development professional with extensive experience encompassing human resource management, recruitment, selection system design and administration, performance management/performance appraisal design and administration, training & development, organization development, employee relations, benefits design and administration, compensation, incentive plan design, strategic planning, 360° multi-rater assessment, organizational assessment/employee survey design and administration, and regulatory compliance.

Heather Lipsey, SPHR - Principal
Heather Lipsey brings more than 25 years of consulting and practical experience. She is also certified by the HR Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Heather has extensive experience with change management, employee surveys, employee relations, recruitment, selection system design and administration, training facilitation, performance management system design and administration, employee retention, compensation & benefits design and administration, and strategic planning.
As a visionary leader, she has helped her clients achieve business results through innovative strategies, utilizing her highly effective communication, team building, problem solving, and project management skills.
